Dr Martine van Boeijen, cat health expert and director of Perth Cat Hospital will be present with her team members at WA Pet Project’s inaugural event PetFest 2017 to be held in Woodville Reserve this Sunday 2nd April, from 9am-2pm.
Dr Martine has extensive experience in cat medicine and is a board certified member of The Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in Feline Medicine and The International Society of Feline Medicine Academy of Feline Practitioners. In addition to being available to answer any questions you may have about your feline friends, she will be giving two educational talks, relevant to anyone with pet cats or an interest in feline health:
- Recognising Pain in Cats at 12.30am
- Natural Feeding Strategies for Cats at 1pm
The Perth Cat Hospital Team would love to welcome you at our PetFest stall where we will be running a raffle to support The Cat Haven. Lucky players will be in with a chance of winning one of the following fabulous prizes:
- A pet portrait of your favourite companion by incredible pet illustrator Catherine Scartaccini (value $395).
- A delicious hamper from Nosh Gourmet Foods, full of mouthwatering carefully selected Western Australian produce (value $150)
There will be many other pet-friendly stalls along with face painting for the children and a photo booth for you and your fur-family.
Pets are welcome, please consider the amount of activity & stimuli on the day as not all fur-babies will be comfortable so make sure yours is! All canines and felines must be on lead at all times.
